Aufgaben

Your Role 

• Support the growth team initiatives across the full customer journey 
• Assist with lead research and qualification and pipeline development 
• Support outreach activities (e.g. LinkedIn, email outreach) 
• Maintain and update CRM data (hubspot) and pipeline information 
• Help prepare offers, proposals, and sales documents 
• Assist with tooling, reporting and process improvements  
• Work closely with Growth and Operations teams 
• Help improve how leads are converted into qualified opportunities

Anforderungen

You´ll fit if...

• You are an enrolled student (business, marketing, communication, economics, or a related field) 
• You have interest in sales, growth, business development, and digital marketing 
• You are structured, reliable, and hands-on working style 
• You feel comfortable working with digital tools and structured tasks 
• You are happy to support both operational and communicative tasks 
• You posses both German and English language skills and can use them in a professional environment 
• You are based in Berlin and feel comfortable with an hybrid role 

Nice to Have 

First experience with CRM systems or sales tools 

Interest in SEO, AI, or marketing topics 

Initial experience in an agency, startup, or B2B environment
