Your contribution
- Build structured Market Intelligence framework and routines to improve sales organization's understanding of market context and evolution, steer business decisions and actions towards Clarios' strategic objectives
- Support Channel Strategy definition and implementation by collecting and analysing customer data in a structured way and translating it into comprehensive reports intended for sales and leadership teams.
Responsibilities: What you will do
- Support Market Model definition and improvement under the leadership of the Global team.
Ensure its deployment to regions as a relevant and trusted strategic sales planning and market intelligence tool. - Coordinate yearly updates of Market Mapping with local teams. Summarize outcome and key learnings ensuring consistency with EMEA IAM channel strategy and business objectives
- Establish a structured process for Customer Data Collection: potential, mix, Services offered (current Give & Take) supporting our Customer Classification process and to assess current Clarios share of wallet, customer value and identify gaps and growth opportunities.
- Implement and update a monthly Market Intelligence Newsletter addressed to IAM team to ensure relevant market information is consistently spread across the organization.
- Establish regular and trusted connections with regions and at HQ level
