AT THINKSURANCE NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust ETL pipelines (including optimised queries, programs, and automated processes) to accommodate increasing data volume, velocity, and complexity, while ensuring high standards of data quality.
  This includes implementing new data organisation strategies.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enhance data-driven insights derived from a centralized data lake, championing the concept of a single source of truth.
  This involves developing data models leveraging business intelligence, data science tools, and other relevant technologies to improve data accessibility and promote a data-driven culture.
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing by maintaining and updating engineering documentation and wikis.
  This also includes mentoring and sharing best practices. Actively contribute to team growth by identifying opportunities to leverage the team's collective expertise.
